Recipe by Nutra Organics: Berry Immune Cookies
/Perfect little snacks for lunchboxes or after school that are nutrient dense with added vitamin C, zinc + iron (thanks Thriving Protein and Berry Immune). Yummy little cookies that support immunity, help to boost energy, taste deeeeeeelicious and best of all are super easy to make. If you're a 'throw everything into the bowl and mix' kind of baker, this one's for you!
Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of your choice of nut butter
2 eggs
1 cup coconut sugar
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
PRODUCTS
2 tbsp Nutra Organics Thriving Protein Smooth Vanilla
1 tbsp Nutra Organics Berry Immune
Pinch of The Wholefood Pantry Himalyan Crystal Salt
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2. Place all the ingredients into bowl, stir to combine.
3. Using a table spoon, place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined tray.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Watch the cookies as they cook quickly!
